1) What should I do if I forgot my password ?

Click “Forgot password” at the log in page, and it will lead to a “Retrieve Password” page, choose “via Email” or “via security questions” to retrieve your password. 

Via Email: Input your account name and click “sent”, and you will receive a email with a link to reset your password in the security email bounded with this account.

Via security questions:Answer Security Questions and input your security e-mail address, then click “submit”. If both match our data, you will be lead to a new page to reset your password.

. If you don’t remember your security question answer or can not receive emails with your security e-mail, please contact our customer support team, provide us with specific account information, for example, the game you have played, your server, the nick name of your character, details of your recharge, the specific time or date of the registration of your account and so on, then you can change your security email address and use your new email address to retrieve your password. If you can’t provide us with correct information, then the account can not be proved to be yours. Accordingly, you can not change your security email address or password.
